CHOCOLATE COOKIE DOUGH CAKE WITH CACAO NIBS & CALIFORNIA RAISINS

  This is John Holland’s ‘double whammy’ chocolate cake consisting of a rich chocolate cake topped with gooey chocolate cookies using both cocoa powder and cacao nibs.    John has been baking for a few years and is also a composer and conductor so has many strings to his bow – so to speak!   John enjoys baking for birthdays, weddings and all sorts of other occasions.   You can see some of his cakes at Baker on Board which is a bespoke baking company, making cakes for all occasions and creating new recipes for you to try at home!
